- A Master’s degree in materials science, mechanics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant research experience in structural dynamics experiments, simulations, and predictions is preferred.

- A proven track record of publications in reputable international journals is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
