Job summary

The National University of Singapore's Acoustic Research Laboratory at Kent Ridge Campus is seeking a Research Engineer/Associate to develop and test algorithms for underwater acoustics and marine robotics. Research Engineer /Associate, Acoustic Research Laboratory, Tropical Marine Science Institute

The Acoustic Research Laboratory (ARL) undertakes research projects in the area of underwater acoustics and marine robotics. The Research Engineer /Associate will help team members across several projects to develop, implement & test algorithms formachine learning and/or computer vision. In addition to algorithmic work, the Research Associate is expected to work with engineers to helpdevelop systems to test the algorithms, help plan & conduct field trials, collate & organize data, process the data using the algorithms, write up the results in the form of internal & external reports as well as publications & patents.
