PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking researchers to explore advanced intelligent video processing and computer vision algorithms for multimedia applications.

The role includes researching object detection/tracking, event recognition, and video analysis while staying updated with industry trends. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree or above in CS/Robotics/EE with CV/robotics perception focus, and have hands-on experience with deep learning, OpenCV, and DSP-based implementations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on computer vision/robotics perception.
• Deep-learning, CNN/transformer, and recognition tech for video processing
• Develop video processing algorithms for machine vision projects
• Low-level vision algorithms on embedded DSP with CPU/memory constraints
• Experience with DSP, filter design, and proficiency in C/C++/Matlab
• Familiar with OpenCV and model compression approaches (distillation, pruning)

Responsibilities

• Participate in research of advanced intelligent video processing algorithms using state-of-the-art recognition technologies
• Research in intelligent video processing, CV, pattern recognition or ML for objects/events/video analysis
• Explore leading-edge video technologies and industry trends
• C-model simulation for video processing algorithm development and verification
