• Basic Salary: $4,000 - $6000 + Bonus

Background:

Company is in EPCM Background. (Engineering design, procurement, construction, management). It focuses on delivering integrated solutions for sectors such as power plants, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and water treatment.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field.

• At least 5 years’ experience in relevant role & industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development activities to drive innovation and products’ improvement; to identify new technologies, materials, and processes for improving current practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and products that meet industry standards and regulations; to design, develop, and test new products.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure project completion deadlines are met.

• Design and implement experiments to test new ideas and concepts, and analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for incorporating new technologies into our projects.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of research findings.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings to effectively contribute creative ideas to the relevant stakeholder teams and to meet desired outcomes.

• Participate to lead in proposal pitching activities to investors, clients, and stakeholders where required.
