Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences is seeking a Research Assistant for a 1 year contract. You will support operational research, data collection and governance across several URO projects under supervision.

The role emphasizes meticulous organisation, accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines, while assisting with administrative tasks and grant preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of relevant research, project or admin experience may be considered.
• Experience in qualitative research, interviews, transcription, coding, literature reviews and project coordination is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SPSS/Stata/R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support research data collection, literature reviews and evidence summarisation for multiple projects.
• Assist with interview logistics, transcription checking and preliminary analysis.
• Help draft research summaries, reports and grant applications under guidance.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings and participant administration across concurrent projects.
