Key Job purpose is to support a research project titled: Ultrasonic Diagnosis for cell SOH grading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead developing ultrasonic techniques for non-destructive diagnosis of Lithium-ion battery
  • Simulate ultrasonic wave propagation in complex materials
  • Liaise with industrial partners and research collaborators
  • Draft and submit technical progress reports at regular intervals

Job Requirements:

  • Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of ultrasonic NDT/SHM
  • Good knowledge of Lithium-ion battery
  • Good numerical simulation skills
  • Good programming skills (Matlab, C++ or Python)
  • Proficiency in English for research work
