Job summary

NTU Singapore is seeking a researcher to develop robust sensor fusion algorithms for localization and navigation of autonomous guided vehicles (AGV) in dynamic environments, and to integrate hardware and software for AGV platforms.

The role emphasizes verification and validation, reporting, and presentations, with collaboration across electrical engineering and computer science teams at a leading research-intensive university.

Qualifications

• MEng degree in electrical engineering, computer science, robotic or related fields.
• Extensive experiences in AGV and sensor fusion.
• Extensive research and practical experiences in developing visual and radio-based SLAM.
• Experience in system integration and flight control.
• Strong coding capability.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and accurately.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Excellent teamwork awareness.
