CyberSG R&D Programme Office ( CRPO) is looking for a candidate to join them as a Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of open innovation platform activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time

• Contribute to the development and refinement of intellectual property (IP) frameworks, and ensure clear communication to internal and external stakeholders

• Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes (RIs) to facilitate IP-related initiatives and ensure smooth data consolidation processes

• Conduct research to identify and assess opportunities for translational research and innovation with potential industry impact

• Support the scoping, development, and documentation of requirements for the Consortium Digital Platform (CDP), working with cross-functional teams

• Gather, analyze, and translate industry feedback into actionable insights to guide project direction and solution development.

• Coordinate logistics and oversee progress of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines

• Provide operational support and guidance to team members, researchers, and external partners involved in CRPO activities, taking the lead on resolving key coordination issues

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum master’s degree qualification or relevant working experiences

• Experiences in translation and innovation

• Possess interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.

• Experience in international communications with potential industries.

• Competent in written and oral communication skills
