Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or a related field.
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory and policy frameworks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational/time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end coordination and leadership for GIFTS’ research grant in scam resilience.
• Coordinate project execution and communications among collaborating parties.
• Gather data, understand scam patterns and assist in experiments and simulations within legal frameworks.
• Manage procurement of consumables and research resources such as GPU time.
• Oversee project governance, meetings, records, and administrative workflows per NTU requirements.
• Support interdisciplinary research initiatives and grant application deliverables.
• Engage stakeholders across NTU, academia, industry, government and partners.
• Plan and manage conferences, seminars, and knowledge-exchange events.
• Assist in partnership development and briefing materials for proposals and sponsorships.
• Coordinate website content, newsletters, reports and visibility materials.
