Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes and enhancing care coordination across healthcare settings? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Research Executive to support the Care Programme for cardiology patients.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical operations, patient engagement, and healthcare data management—helping to shape integrated care delivery between specialist and primary care.

Your Role

You will:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the programme, ensuring smooth patient transition from specialist to primary care providers.

• Screen and recruit eligible cardiology patients, working closely with clinicians and primary care partners to plan follow-ups.

• Provide health counselling and support, ensuring patients stay on track with treatment and appointments.

• Monitor and track patient progress, manage databases, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

In addition, you will manage clinical audit responsibilities:

• Collect and submit data on acute myocardial infarction (AMI) outcomes to relevant authorities.

• Prepare accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure timely and compliant audit submissions.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

• Clinical knowledge or experience as an Enrolled/Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or equivalent will be an advantage.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• A team player with a positive, proactive mindset, able to work independently.
