Job summary

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, ML/AI, CS, physics, statistics, math, biology or medicine with hands-on algorithm experience.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python coding; exposure to bash and multiprocessing environments.
• Familiarity with HPC environments and GPU programming is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and algorithm development for multi-omics integration.
• Implement ML/AI methods for discovery in complex diseases.
• Carry out single-cell and spatial transcriptomics analyses.
