Duties and Responsibilities
(A) SPECIFIC (80%)
Conduct neuropsychological assessment and follow-up of patients and subjects for mood, anxiety, stress, resilience, personality traits, behaviour/habits, and emotional and social intelligence, ensuring standardised testing procedures are followed.
Collect, manage, and organise research data with attention to detail and data integrity.
Perform data analysis using statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) to identify trends and correlations related to cognitive impairment.
Assist in the preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for dissemination of study findings.
Maintain clear and accurate records of all research activities.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and data analysts.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for research involving human subjects.
(B) GENERAL (20%)
The Research Assistant will carry out other duties as specified by their Reporting Officer.
(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
BSc, BA, BA (Psych) or a related background. Final year students are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, or Python).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
(B) LANGUAGE
Fluent in English and Mandarin (We are recruiting personnel to perform Chinese language cognitive assessment for a mandarin speaking elderly population).
