Job summary

National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Engineer to conduct field and laboratory experiments assessing impacts on marine ecosystems and develop hybrid solutions to climate change.

The role includes collecting field data and planning/implementing experiments to understand coastal ecosystem processes, and active participation in research meetings, presenting findings, and writing reports and papers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine Biology or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in lab analysis of coastal ecosystem processes (e.g. algal blooms, biodiversity measurements, mangroves and/or seagrasses) preferred.
• Open to fixed-term contract.
