Job summary

NTU Singapore, in collaboration with Cambridge CARES, invites applications for a full-time Research Assistant to support studies on cognitive flexibility and learning in adults and adolescents. The role involves data collection, recruitment, data coding, and preparation of conference papers.

You will gain exposure to neuroscience methods, language, pedagogy, and inter-disciplinary research, with opportunities to contribute to human neuroimaging projects and research reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master’s in Psychology, Neuropsychology, or Cognitive Neuroscience.
• Experience in adult cognitive testing and neuroimaging is preferred.
• Familiarity with data management and ethical guidelines in Singapore.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with software like R or SPSS.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of young adults (18-30) from various education and community settings.
• Organize collection of datasets and standardize data coding procedures.
• Oversee data entry, analysis, and reporting for research projects.
• Assist with preparation of conference papers and journal manuscripts.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
