Research Assistant (Accounting)

A Research Assistant position is currently available in the Division of Accounting in Nanyang Business School with a focus on auditing research. The incumbent will be encouraged to engage in behavioral auditing research.

1. Conducting research on auditing, including data collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting.
2. Formulating strategies to analyze data and conduct research.
3. Participate in hand-collection of data.
4. Provide basic administrative support.

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or a related field, before the anticipated start date of 1 February 2025.
2. Expertise in at least one of the areas of data analytics, statistics, and econometrics.
3. Strong coding skills (one or more of R, Stata or Python).
4. Prior experience in research projects using multiple databases.
