Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arbeiten Sie unabhängig an Qualitätsverbesserungsprojekten für bestehende Formulierungen.
• Führen Sie Stabilitätstests und andere notwendige Tests durch.

Job description

Job Descriptions:

• Work independently on quality improvement projects for existing formulations.

• Conduct assessments of new and alternative sources for both raw materials and packaging materials

• Maintain clear and accurate records of formulations, source evaluations, procedures, observations and results.

• Develop and manage formula qualifications, including relevant documentation for lab scale-up, and production scale-up to pilot production for both new products and alternative sources.

• Conduct odour training.

• Perform stability testing and other necessary tests, such as container-closure compatibility studies and maintain relevant data.

• Conduct odour and sensory tests for all relevant samples.

• Stay updated on new concepts, materials, and processes in the medical and fragrance fields through proactive research on raw material innovations and emerging development.

• Manage routine laboratory housekeeping and day-to-day laboratory operations.

• Stay informed about regulations related to active ingredient standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical, formulation, or fragrance industry.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems.

• Proficient in lab testing and R&D activities related to formulation or fragrance.

• Experience in laboratory management with knowledge of cGMP.

• Expertise in scaling up processes from lab to pilot production and full-scale manufacturing.

• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to evolving tasks, responsibilities, and priorities.
