Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a analytical and commercially minded individual to support the commericalisation and growth of MedTech healthcare technologies in Singapore.

Based in Buona Vista, this 6-month contract role offers a salary of up to SGD 4,000 per month and engages you in market research, financial modelling and venture development initiatives. You will conduct market sizing, competitor benchmarking, IP assessments and develop business cases while tracking portfolio

Qualifications

• Market research, commercial research and market landscape analysis.
• Financial modelling, business case development and cashflow analysis.
• Experience with data analysis and segmentation would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded individual with a keen interest in MedTech, startups and venture development to support the commercialisation and growth of innovative healthcare technologies.

• Location: Buona Vista
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hour
• Work Type: 6-Month Contract
• Salary:Up to $ 4,000 per month

In this role, you will:

• Conduct market and commercial research, including market sizing, customer segmentation, competitor benchmarking and industry landscape analysis.
• Support technology and IP assessments to evaluate differentiation, clinical relevance and commercialisation potential of MedTech solutions.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses, supporting financial modelling and evaluation of potential ventures.
• Support venture acceleration activities, including reviewing business plans, market entry strategies and fundraising materials.
• Track projects and portfolio performance, maintaining databases and preparing progress reports and management updates.
• Prepare research and presentation materials to support decision-making, venture development and MedTech commercialisation initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Exposure to financial modelling, market research or data analysis through internships, projects or coursework would be advantageous.
• Strong interest in MedTech, healthcare innovation, startups, venture capital and commercialisation, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
