    Are you passionate about data Are you looking to drive key product and regulatory initiatives across banking products such as SBL, Mortgages, Cards, and Deposits We are looking for someone like you who will analyze product, Financial Advisor, and client data, support product development, drive/support revenue-generating initiatives, and work very closely with product management, control, and support partners.Develop data-driven business insights and analytics to drive growth within Banking. Be a key contributor to strategic initiatives and part of a team that works on business growth development initiatives. Deliver insights and segmentation by leveraging various internal and external data to grow the market share of banking products and services and support strategic banking decision-making. Use product/financial Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to demonstrate through reporting and analyses how the product area drives profitability and work to develop strategies to enhance revenues. Develop and assist in various reporting initiatives and data analytics on banking initiatives. Take an ownership role in product data capabilities and work within the team and with partners to ensure sound data governance and development frameworks. Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to construct recommendations for strategic/tactical sales plans.Join the Reporting and Automation Analyst team in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) within UBS Wealth Management Banking.Your expertise should include 2-4 years of experience in financial services, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, project management skills, and the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams. You should be proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI, R, and Python is preferred. Be highly motivated, ambitious, and hard-working. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Be a team player with the ability to contribute within a highly collaborative team setting.
