Job summary

T-STAR (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a Repainting Work Operations Manager to oversee painting projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, ensure quality, and maintain client satisfaction while delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, safety compliance, and hands-on resource optimization across sites to ensure operational integrity and client delight in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor in construction or painting.
• Strong knowledge of repainting processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and timelines; coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Team Management: Lead painting crews, ensure safety compliance, and run regular progress meetings.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Client Relations: Maintain client updates and ensure satisfaction with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor expenses and optimize procurement and resource use.
