A leading healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a professional to provide counselling to renal patients and assist doctors with quality indicator reports. The role involves educating patients on self-care and providing financial counselling for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Health Science, and an Advanced Diploma in Nephro-Urology Nursing is a plus. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing / Health Science or healthcare related.
  • Having an Advanced Diploma in Nephro-Urology Nursing will be an added advantage.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Overview

You will provide counselling to renal patients and assist the doctors-in-charge of the respective renal registries to generate quality indicator reports. This includes educating mild chronic renal failure patients and end stage renal failure patients in self-care. You will teach patients at risk of developing renal failure or retardation or prevention of the disease. You will also provide financial counselling for hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients.
