Job summary

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency connecting remote work with top-tier talent. Our client seeks a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality static content for social media and static ad creatives, aligned with brand identity.

You'll design with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma, while exploring Canva for quick-turnaround content. Motion graphics experience is a plus, and a strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma.
• Proven experience designing social media creative, particularly static ads.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating static ad / social media design work.

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives and social media content.
• Create visually engaging graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Design and prototype in Figma (preferred).
• Use Canva for quick-turnaround content when needed (basic knowledge a plus).
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Stay current with social media design trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to translate briefs/concepts into finished designs.
• Explore motion graphics to enhance static content where applicable (a plus).
