• Ability to work 9am – 6pm local time Monday through Friday.
• Availability for rotational on-call support for weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand, reproduce, and resolve complicated technical issues.
• Manage support tickets ensuring data and systems are updated.
• Prioritize recurring feature requests with product and engineering teams.
• Write documentation and create troubleshooting playbooks.
• Participate in on-call duties for urgent tickets.
