Job summary

GIC is seeking an Associate for the Real Estate team focusing on Asia Strategic Investments with a Credit and Structured Solutions emphasis. You will evaluate investment opportunities, support deal execution, and monitor market trends across Asia's real estate investments.

Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience in banking, investment, or real estate.
Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically and creatively.

Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.
Develop and maintain financial models to underwrite deals.
Support deal execution from start to finish, including due diligence and negotiation.
Monitor market trends to inform investment decisions.
Engage with third-party managers and intermediaries.
Assist in preparing papers for new investment strategies.
