Ideal candidates have 2+ years in social media or content marketing, strong English writing, and experience managing executive social accounts with Canva proficiency and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media or content marketing
• Experience managing LinkedIn or executive accounts
• Excellent written English for a global executive audience
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design software
• Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude)
• Hands-on knowledge of scheduling social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and website blog
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the weekly content calendar.
• Format, schedule, and publish approved content, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Create simple on-brand graphics using Canva.
• Repurpose existing thought leadership into multiple social media formats.
• Coordinate revisions, approvals, and publishing deadlines.
• Monitor comments and engagement, flagging relevant activity and helping ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain organized content files and workflow status.
• Format and distribute newsletters through Constant Contact.
• Prepare a concise monthly performance report.
