Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced medical directors to help train an AI model by creating and refining professional presentations and slide decks. The role targets candidates with 4+ years in medical affairs at pharma/biotech companies and a strong track record in compliant scientific decks.

The work is fully remote, offers flexible 5–20 hours per week (or more), and compensation is $100 per hour. Start date ASAP is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pharma/biotech medical affairs background with 4+ years.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare scientific decks for external and internal audiences across core workflows.
• Ensure visuals and messaging are compliant and of high quality.
