The position requires 2+ years of interpretation experience, strong listening and note-taking skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and a quiet workspace.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 2 years of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills.
• Accurate rendering of concepts per interpretation protocols.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter code of conduct.
• Be familiar with industry vocabulary, especially healthcare terminology.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to the team leader.
