Job summary

ContactLink Solutions LLC in Singapore is seeking a Mandarin-English interpreter to join our international team. The role is fully remote, with payments on a monthly basis and a per-minute rate for on-demand work. Ideal candidates have strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills and speak English and Mandarin fluently.

You will start after onboarding and work from your home office, collaborating with a global client base. Immediate availability is preferred to begin assignments quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin and strong listening and note-taking skills.
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication per client direction.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following the interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry vocabulary (healthcare and medical).
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client
