Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Insights Director to turn research into decision-ready decks for executive audiences. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows such as research readout decks, survey results exhibits, segmentation presentations, and tracking reports.

This fully remote role offers flexible weekly hours (5–20+), starting ASAP, with compensation around $70/hour and a focus on high-quality PowerPoint storytelling and written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in market research or consumer insights at a leading company or research firm.
• Deep expertise in charting survey data and structuring readouts for executives.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI models to produce effective, decision-ready decks for professional presentations.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop readout decks, survey exhibits, segmentation presentations, and tracker reports.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
