The Big Picture: You will develop, deliver, and innovate on PulsePoint's insightful reporting and data-driven solutions. Your work will help streamline processes, improve internal services, and support customer decision-making. Essentially, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing health decisions through real-time data. As a Sr. Data Scientist, R&D, you will contribute your expertise to R&D projects for DTC, new Data Products, and expansion of Bespoke Segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data science and statistical projects
• Work on R&D initiatives for DTC
• Assist in building new Data Products
• Contribute to the expansion of Bespoke Segments
• Design and define methodologies for measurement products and user identification
• Enhance HCP onboarding, targeting, and measurement quality
• Develop Audience IQ/DTC products, Identity graph, Data IQ
• Collaborate with teams to deliver accurate data reports and insights
• Research and implement new data capabilities
• Automate data visualization and reporting for internal and external users
• Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to inform business strategies
• Evaluate additional data partners and assets for identity resolution and measurement
• Publish internal reports on health data insights
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on platform capabilities, implementation, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of experience in SQL, Excel, Data analysis, and Python
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related field
• Knowledge of Distributed Systems, PySpark, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with experimentation, statistical modeling, and product optimization
• Willingness to work 3:30pm-12:30am IST, fully remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

• ELT experience, Tableau/Looker/PowerBI, automation skills
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and storytelling
• Experience in Programmatic/Adtech, familiarity with health data, Google Cloud Architecture
