Job summary

TALEIX PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a results-oriented telemarketing assistant to connect with pre-qualified leads and schedule consultations for health insurance products. This role is fully online with no office, offering flexible blocks and robust coaching.

You will join a team of 10, work 16+ hours weekly on a 6-month renewable, part-time contract, and be compensated at 10–12 SGD per hour with performance bonuses for confirmed medical appointments.

Qualifications

• O' Levels and above.
• 1+ year in telemarketing, sales support, or client-facing role.
• Singapore work authorization.
• Clear, confident phone manner.
• Self-starter who likes hitting goals.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads by phone and schedule medical protection reviews
• Keep our client database sharp and up to date
• Hit weekly appointment and call targets
• Join virtual coaching sessions (we invest in your growth)
