YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects in graphic design, video, and UI/UX across a remote, worldwide setup. You will assess AI outputs, provide human feedback, and ensure designs meet professional standards.

Applicants should have 2+ years in related creative fields, strong tool proficiency, and experience in AI human-data work. This contractor role offers flexible scheduling and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX skills.
Experience with AI training data evaluation and human feedback processes.
Strong written/verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

Execute structured creative tasks using design tools (Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, Behance).
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against project criteria and standards.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and suggest workflow/tool improvements.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
