Job summary

Multiplier Holdings is seeking a product engineer to join the Tax Pod, building user‑centric, scalable tools for tax professionals. This hands‑on role spans Europe, UK, and Asia time zones, with cross‑regional collaboration and flexible hours.

You will partner with end users, product managers, designers and engineers to design, implement and deploy features that improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and user experience in a global fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, ownership of full product lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship software features end‑to‑end, from conception to deployment and iteration
• Translate tax and accounting workflows into scalable software systems
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to define requirements and ensure seamless user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on scalability and performance
• Work with end users to understand needs and translate feedback into product improvements
