Job summary

Orb Group is seeking a Production Coordinator for a fully remote freelance engagement from October to December 2026, supporting the EMEA markets and coordinating with our Creative team.

You will gather assets, track timelines, manage delivery with internal and external partners, and build decks to present asset suites. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience coordinating creative assets and deliveries.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production deliverables for Artwork and A/V assets.
• Track assets, timelines and milestones across projects.
• Build decks and slideshows for internal/external presentations.
• Coordinate with internal designers and external agencies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage day-to-day project support and traffic between partners.
