Hadley Designs is recruiting a Strategic Finance Director to lead the finance function, build scalable systems, manage cash flow, and steer financial strategy for growth. You will collaborate with leadership to optimize profitability and drive a data-driven culture across the organization.

The role demands a strategic, detail-oriented leader who can implement automation, build dashboards, and guide multi-year planning in a remote-first, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience implementing scalable systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full finance function and build scalable systems.
• Manage cash flow and profitability to support growth.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with low variance (≤10%).
• Develop automated reporting to reduce manual work by ≥25%.
• Improve EBITDA by 2 percentage points in year 1.
