Job summary

Birg is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead one venture from early build to a standalone business in a fully remote capacity. You will manage a small cross-functional team across product, growth, sales, and engineering, shipping rapidly with AI and no-code tools, and handing over to a long‑term CEO when ready for fundraising.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, evidence-led decision making, and hands-on execution from day one, with a focus on building and de-risking new ventures

Qualifications

• Built or led a venture from zero as founder, early operator or EIR.
• A track record of fast, disciplined execution against a plan.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools to build, research and ship.
• Led small cross-functional teams, including contractors and external partners.
• Experience designing or operating a structured process for de-risking new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build, take a validated concept and start executing from week one.
• Lead the product build with a small cross-functional team.
• Use AI and no-code tools to ship product, research and assets quickly.
• Set clear owners, deadlines and weekly milestones for every workstream.
• Validate and launch an MVP with measurable usage, conversion, and retention.
