Job Description
Outsourced Singapore is the premier platform connecting Singapore-based companies with top remote talent from Indonesia. We are now hiring Customer Service Specialists who will be embedded with one of our esteemed clients to handle inbound enquiries, resolve issues swiftly, and uphold the client’s brand promise at every touchpoint.
Prerequisites for the role
Minimum diploma, A-level, or equivalent educational qualification
1–3 years of hands-on experience in a customer service or contact-centre environment (B2B or B2C)
Outstanding spoken and written English
Comfortable with core productivity and support platforms—Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, ticketing/CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot), and basic spreadsheet functions
Proven ability to manage high volumes of calls, live chats, and email tickets while maintaining accuracy and empathy
Strong problem-solving mindset: able to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and escalate when appropriate
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive customer data
Polished phone and digital etiquette when interacting with customers and senior stakeholders alike
Eligibility to work in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction) and willingness to cover occasional evening, weekend, or public-holiday shifts when service levels require
This is a frontline, client-facing position, so you must protect and elevate the high standards of service and competence for which Outsourced has been known since its inception. Customer satisfaction, clear and prompt communication with both clients and supervisors, and strict adherence to compliance and punctuality norms are non-negotiable.
