AAA Global is seeking an experienced Crypto Trader / Portfolio Manager to run a dedicated trading book with full responsibility for strategy execution and PnL in a fully remote role. The successful candidate will bring an existing, proven strategy and operate with institutional infrastructure, capital allocation, and the autonomy to trade it their own way.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of professional crypto trading experience (proprietary trading, hedge fund, or market-making background)
• A live strategy with a continuous track record of at least 3 years
• Verifiable performance history - audited statements or exchange-verifiable PnL
• Demonstrated risk-adjusted returns, with a Sharpe ratio above 3 and annualised returns in the region of 60%
• Ability to clearly articulate the source of edge, capacity constraints, and drawdown characteristics
• Strategies must be centralised-exchange based. Candidates whose returns are primarily generated through DeFi or on-chain yield strategies are not a fit for this mandate

• Own and run a dedicated crypto trading book, with full responsibility for strategy execution and PnL.
• Manage risk within agreed limits, including position sizing, exposure, and drawdown control.
• Monitor strategy performance and adapt to changing market conditions and liquidity conditions.
• Work with the risk and technology teams on execution quality, connectivity, and capacity expansion.
• Scale allocated capital as performance is demonstrated.
