Job summary

MK TUNNEL PTE. LTD. recruits a skilled operator for tunneling and pipe jacking projects in Singapore. The role involves assembling and operating tunneling equipment, maintaining performance, and ensuring safe progress on ground works.

You will work a night shift with a minimum of five years in construction, handling remote-controlled machinery and conducting routine maintenance to meet project KPIs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry/project site work.
• Able to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/disassemble during mobilization/demobilization period.
• Daily checking maintenance and repairing.
• Ensure the job progress safely and meet quality requirement.
• Operate the Tunneling Machine/Pipe Jacking Machine.
• Operate/steer the machine remotely below ground to the destination.
• Ensure the pipe jacking works are carried out as per the approved schedule and according to project KPIs (e.g. production rate, proper alignment of the pipe jacking works etc).
• Preparation, Installation, Dismantling and Maintenance of all Tunneling Machine/Pipe Jacking related equipment both on & off-site.
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
