Job summary

Yiworks, a Singapore-based AI consultancy, drives content marketing and social media strategies to elevate brand presence across Singapore and regional channels. The role involves managing media partnerships, executing offline brand activations, and optimizing campaigns using data-driven insights.

You will work with cross-border teams, leveraging Mandarin as an asset for vendor coordination, while maintaining a remote-first approach with on-site events and client engagements in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, PR, or event coordination in agency or in-house settings.
• Proficiency in bilingual verbal and written communication, with Mandarin as an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Arts/Humanities, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia content and copywriting strategies to maintain daily brand presence across Singapore and regional platforms.
• Build relationships with local media, publishers, KOLs/KOCs, and brand partners to support PR and content collaboration.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground brand activations including pop-ups, showcase sessions, and community events, managing vendors, timelines, setup, and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, footfall, and conversion to inform optimizations.
• Communicate effectively in English and collaborate with cross-border teams; Mandarin is a valued asset for vendor coordination.
