Job Title: Remote Business Cold Caller

Job Type: Full-Time

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
  1. Generate leads through cold calling potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and gathering information for the sales team.
  2. Establish rapport and trust with prospects, overcome objections, and schedule meetings for closing deals.
  3. Create and implement outbound calling strategies to expand the client base and increase business.
  4. Understand customer needs, pain points, and industry challenges to communicate how our solutions can help.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and provide insights for closing deals.
  6. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, track performance metrics, and follow up promptly on leads.
  7. Stay updated on Pen Manufacturing's products, services, and market trends to communicate effectively with prospects.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding call quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and able to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and phone systems.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
