Qualifications

• Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in programming with Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, or AI Agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal AI productivity tools.
• Develop LLM-powered applications for real engineering use cases.
• Integrate AI capabilities across the full software development lifecycle.

Skills

Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript)

Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

Working understanding of large language models (LLMs)

Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot

Familiarity with backend or web development fundamentals

Comfortable working with APIs

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
