Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will work on AI-assisted development workflows and collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver production-grade web and Android apps for millions of users.

Current university students or recent graduates can apply; terms subject to contract and local laws.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in CS/SE/IT with frontend and mobile basics.
• Strong JS/TS with React and exposure to Tailwind or tooling.
• Familiar with Android development (Kotlin/Java) and Android Studio.
• Experience with Git and REST APIs integration.

Responsibilities

• Use AI capabilities to optimize workflows, generate code and test cases, and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into web and mobile apps.
• Design, build, and maintain Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java) apps for global users.
• Work with backend engineers to design scalable APIs and ensure seamless integration.
• Contribute to reusable components and establish development standards.
• Write clean, tested code with strong reviews and profiling.
• Debug complex issues and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Document design decisions and development processes.
