Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, 3D Design, Spatial Design, or related field.

• Portfolio demonstrating 2D and 3D design capabilities.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding understanding.

Job description

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and highly responsive 3D & 2D Event Designer to join our creative team. This role is equally focused on 3D event design and 2D graphic design, requiring someone who can bring creative concepts to life through both spatial visualizations and impactful graphic communications.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, the ability to think creatively, and the technical skills to develop compelling 3D event mockups, creative installations, event key visuals, and graphic adaptations across multiple formats.

As we work in a fast-paced event and creative environment, the candidate must be able to manage urgent design requests, deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, and remain responsive and available during our designated working hours.

3D Event Design & Visualization

• Develop 3D mockups and renderings for event environments, brand activations, exhibitions, backdrops, props, and creative installations.
• Assist in brainstorming creative concepts, event themes, spatial ideas, and innovative design solutions.
• Translate creative briefs and initial ideas into visually compelling 3D designs and presentations.
• Prepare 3D visuals and mockups to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure designs consider practical production requirements, spatial limitations, fabrication, and installation feasibility.
• Refine and adapt designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.

2D Graphic Design & Creative Adaptations

• Develop creative event key visuals (KVs) based on campaign objectives, event themes, and brand guidelines.
• Design event collaterals and marketing materials, including invitations, posters, digital banners, social media graphics, signage, backdrops, and other promotional materials.
• Adapt approved key visuals across various sizes, formats, platforms, and event touchpoints while maintaining visual consistency.
• Ensure all artwork is visually engaging, aligned with the creative direction, and accurate in terms of layout, typography, colors, and branding.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and files according to printing, fabrication, and digital specifications.
• Make quick design revisions and adaptations in response to client feedback and urgent project requirements.

Creative Collaboration & Workflow

• Participate in brainstorming sessions remotely and contribute fresh ideas for event concepts, campaign visuals, and creative installations.
• Work closely with the creative, account management, and production teams to develop and execute design solutions.
• Handle multiple design requests and prioritize tasks according to project deadlines and urgency.
• Deliver design work with a strong balance of creativity, accuracy, and speed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, 3D Design, Spatial Design, or a related creative field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating both 2D graphic design and 3D event design capabilities.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual composition, spatial design, and branding.
• Good attention to detail, file organization, and production artwork preparation.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
