CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. seeks a Remittance Marketing Officer to manage accreditation, marketing, and monitoring of remittance tie-ups, partners and agents in assigned areas to meet the Bank's marketing and financial targets.

The role covers sales and marketing, relationship management, and regulatory compliance, including reporting and collaboration with Marketing and Business Development teams to optimize campaigns and services. 5–7 years in sales/marketing and remittance is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 5–7 years in sales/marketing and remittance processing, with at least 1 year in remittance locally.

Aufgaben

• Accredits new tie-ups, partners and agents under accreditation policies.
• Reviews profitability of tie-ups to meet revenue budget and P&L targets.
• Cross-sells bank products to tie-ups where permitted.
• Prepares and submits marketing plans and ensures implementation.
• Expands remittance business volume via marketing strategies.
• Oversees pricing, margins, and product/service mix in market context.
• Coordinates with Marketing and Business Development for collateral and campaigns.
• Maintains relationships with officers of tie-ups and manages performance reviews.
• Represents the Bank in tie-up activities and handles service inquiries.
• Ensures compliance with laws/regulations and internal guidelines.
• Monitors remittance systems; assists with training and system tests.
• Submits Head Office reports and completes requests timely.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned.
