Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. Singapore is seeking a HIG PSE IE Senior Technician to support IQP reliability across device, package and wafer areas and to debug products. The role emphasizes reliability testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement in a 24x7 lab, leveraging AI-assisted tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior technicians, manage procurement and inventory, and drive automation and safety compliance in the lab environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, reliability, testing, failure analysis, or laboratory operations.
• Experience with debug tools, probe stations, electrical test equipment, or reliability testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability execution across Device, Package and Wafer tests, and monitor IQP reliability run rates.
• Conduct first-pass failure analysis and product debugging using probe stations and debug tools.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve debugging efficiency and investigations.
• Assist automation projects, data analysis, dashboard reporting and process improvements.
• Manage procurement, inventory, logistics and laboratory readiness; support audits and safety compliance.
