Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Reliability Plans: Create strategies to identify opportunities and enhance the reliability of manufacturing operations.
- Analyze Performance: Use various methods to analyze performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage Engineers: Hiring, training, and development of reliability and DCS engineers.
- Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Identify breakdown problems and implement solutions.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and reliability of machines, equipment, personnel and systems.
- Quality Assurance: Establish good engineering practices and guidelines for projects to meet industry safety and quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could affect plant or business operations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge in fixed and rotating equipment, drives, instruments, PLCs, critical utility systems and relevant industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability in team performance management and leading a team.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering, project management, maintenance and budget management.
- Demonstrated applying new engineering technologies (e.g. predictive maintenance) in business use cases.
