Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Middleware/DevOps specialist to manage CI/CD pipelines and complex deployments across multiple environments in Singapore.

You will configure and support Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Sonar, and security scanners, while ensuring WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat OHS platforms run reliably. Collaboration with security, network and development teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines in complex environments.
• Experience in Middleware Administration Support including WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, OHS.

Responsibilities

• Set up applications, manage software builds and release deployments.
• Perform end-to-end infrastructure setup for CD, batch, app, database, PDR, NiFi, and Cloudera environments.
• Create and manage system IDs, SFTP IDs, user accounts, folders and permissions across multiple environments.
• Configure networking and security including DNS, firewall, SSL, certificates, and sudoers updates.
• Install and configure platform components such as Java, AEM, JBOSS credential-store, Jenkins Agent, Splunk, and monitoring tools.
• Support deployment readiness by setting up pipelines, folder structures, and AEM Vault configurations.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and email notification setups (Splunk, Geneos, ORS).
• Develop dashboards and integrate monitoring tools (Geneos, Splunk).
• Collaborate with DevOps, GIS security, and central teams to build pipelines and document processes.
