About the team
As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups within a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients.

What you'll own

  • Manage relationships and multi-level merchant engagements.
  • Strategic account mapping and planning.
  • Retention, development, and growth of each account.
  • Well versed with products and services offering, ability to cross-sell and upsell to achieve sales quota.
  • Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver the best merchant engagement experience.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, with timely and accurate updates in Salesforce.
  • Generate and create suitable presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in sales and account management, with a track record of collaborating with senior management.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English as well as a second language (Korean preferred).
  • Extensive experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Understanding of eCommerce, payments, technology, and change landscape.
