A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Relationship Managers in achieving sales targets. The role involves managing performance, ensuring quality credit proposals, and building a strong client pipeline. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Finance or a related discipline and proven experience in banking or lending sectors.
5 days work week
Comprehensive Remuneration Package [Bonuses, Allowances, Incentives etc.]
Location: West
Ensure the overall monthly sales targets for the team are consistently achieved
Meet individual sales targets in addition to managing team performance
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Relationship Managers to maintain high productivity, quality of work, and strong team morale
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance regularly, provide revenue forecasts, and take corrective action to close performance gaps
Ensure thorough due diligence and accuracy in all Credit Proposals submitted by Relationship Managers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and complete sales process
Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients
Maintain strong professional networks to uncover new leads and drive business growth
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
Proven experiences in SME Banking/ Corporate Lending /Mortgage and Property Loans
