Responsibilities

• Acquiring new corporate clients for secured lending (Property).
• Manage and service existing accounts.
• Promote company’s range of financial products and offer guidance on loans.
• Generate & achieve KPI targets assigned.
• Build a strong network of business contracts to generate referrals.
• Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales or related fields.
• Relevant work experience (secured lending (property) and experience in term loans and mortgage loans.
• Working experience with sales / sales support role.
• Highly self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
